Microblading
WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
Microblading is a form of a cosmetic tattooing using pigments. It is performed by using a manual (not a machine) disposable, handheld tool. This disposable tool is composed of very fine needles resembling the shape of a blade (called a microblade) to implant pigment into the skin, creating a hair-like stroke.
Microblading is meant to simulate the client's natural eyebrows hairs and seamlessly blend it with the client existing brows to add colour and fullness resulting in a very natural look.

Ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their own brows. The results are natural looking hair-like strokes that lasts 9 months to 2 years in the skin.
WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE
FOR MICROBLADING?
Microblading is an ideal solution for clients who have patchy, thin, or uneven eyebrows and are looking for the most natural looking results.
However, not everyone is a candidate for microblading and there are different elements to consider such as skin condition and health.
Microblading is most suitable for clients with normal skin and small pores. Oil in the skin can cause the Microblading hair-stroke to expand and blur so the less oily the client skin is, the better the result would be.

If the client has very oily skin, we would recommend Shading with a machine.
CONSULTATION
A thirty minute consultation appointment is recommended prior to booking a first application. If you have microblading or permanent makeup done by another artist, an in-person consultation are mandatory. If you prefer your brows to be a certain shape, style or colour, please come with them filled in to this appointment.

Please note that consultation appointments are $50 plus taxes. If you decide at the time of your consultation to book an initial application, the $50 plus taxes will go towards your initial service cost.
The consultation appointment does consist of discussing what microblading is, the application process, healing stages and any questions you might have. If you are from out of town, then a consultation for a new set can be scheduled over the phone. Unfortunately, phone consultations aren't available to clients with previously done work by another artist(s) at this time.

Everyone's skin heals differently and most clients develop patchy areas or the appearance of fading after the first application.
There is no downtime associated with this treatment. Redness and swelling will dissipate within an hour after.
It is important to understand that this is a two part process and a touch up application is needed to complete the brows. Please be patient.
