CANCELLATION POLICY

The Brow Loft kindly ask for 48-HOUR advanced notice for any appointment cancellations.
Our text confirmations are delivered 48-hours in advance of your appointment time and by not confirming through the text reminder system does not constitute a cancellation.

Please contact call us at 204 717 5638 or text 204 813 9606 to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
​
For any cancellations less than 48-hours prior for an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the full price of the missed service prior to scheduling their next service.

"NO SHOW" POLICY
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without cancelling it by phone call or text will result in a charge for the full price of the missed service(s) to be paid prior to scheduling the next service(s).
We reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients that failed to not show up for their appointment without any advanced cancellation or rescheduling.

LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure that we can deliver the best possible experience to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for our scheduled service(s) ensures adequate time for our service providers to comfortably complete your service(s).
We regretfully may not be able to complete any service if a client arrives late and reserve the right to decline that service if we feel we don't have enough time to do the scheduled service(s). The cancelled service(s) would be considered a "no show" and the client would be required to pay a 100% of that missed service(s) before scheduling another service.
We pride ourselves on the elevated services we provide to our clients and by everyone respecting these policies, it enables us to continue to consistently provide a great experience to all of our clients.
